1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Creator Dashboard (“the Extension”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access the Extension.
2. Description of Service
Creator Dashboard is a Chrome browser extension designed to help YouTube creators analyze, manage, and optimize their channels. The Extension may include analytics, dashboard widgets, video insights, and optional AI-powered features. The service may evolve over time with new features or updates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Extension. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Extension.
4. Use License
Permission is granted to install and use one copy of Creator Dashboard on your personal computer for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Extension;
- Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Chrome Web Store policies;
- Sell, resell, or redistribute the Extension or its code without written permission from the Developer.
5. User Accounts and Google Authentication
Some features of Creator Dashboard may require you to sign in using your Google account. Authentication is handled securely through Google’s OAuth service, and no passwords are ever stored or transmitted by the Developer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
Creator Dashboard may process limited user data such as browser storage preferences, analytics summaries, or Google-authorized profile information necessary for functionality. 7. Permissions
The Extension may request permissions such as access to YouTube data, new tab pages, or local storage. These permissions are used solely to provide functionality within the Extension (e.g., retrieving video statistics or saving dashboard settings). No hidden or background data collection occurs beyond these stated purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
Creator Dashboard may link to or integrate with third-party APIs and websites, including YouTube and OpenAI. The Developer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, code, and branding associated with Creator Dashboard are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use the Creator Dashboard name, logo, or assets without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Extension will function uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that it will meet your specific requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer, its affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
12. Updates and Modifications
Creator Dashboard may automatically update through the Chrome Web Store to improve performance, fix bugs, or introduce new features. The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Extension at any time without prior notice.
13. Termination
The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent use. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall immediately cease.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona for the resolution of any disputes.
